We are looking for an energetic and passionate Customer Experience Specialist to join our expanding team at Ethical Brand Co HQ, on the beautiful Sunshine Coast working 38hrs a week.

  • A passion for building connections with new and existing customers and able to service all customer needs
  • Able to provide exemplary customer service and field phone calls with an excellent phone manner
  • Previous experience in the Hair and Beauty Industry
  • A passion for ethical, sustainable and community driven business practices
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Computer literate and can demonstrate an ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Previous experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce is favourable but not essential.
  • This is an office and computer based role therefore experience in an office environment is a must
